south australia  is home to nearly half of all Australia’s grape and wine production. a moderate climate of warm, dry summers and cool, wet winters, ancient soils and a tradition of winemaking excellence stretching for over one hundred and fifty years have combined to make south australia and its wine regions, synonymous with producing wines of wonderful flavour, generosity, finesse and richness.
 
simply sunshine´s parcels of fruit were sourced from three low-yielding vineyards in the riverland, and single vineyard locations in mclaren vale and the adelaide hills regions of south australia. the reds were crushed and gently vinified on older oak, while one parcel of the white juice was fermented in new french oak before the individual wines were blended and bottled. the resulting wines are bursting with sunny dispositions – just like their name. The white is crisp, cool, elegant but fun, while the red is spicy, soft, polished and supple.
